Eat well

Weight loss does not go hand in hand with fitness and you should never starve yourself in an extremist way. You just have to add healthy food to your daily meals and in her words “just stop eating shit everyday”.

Work out

Working out is an essential fitness tip you would have already guessed. In order to live a healthy life you can easily add simple work outs to your daily routine. As she says, “It keeps your body awake”. No need to spend hours on exercise machines. You can do simple arm exercises while on the phone or watching TV and why not try some sit-ups on the bed without lying down straightaway.

There can be times when you don’t feel like doing anything at all and your inner self may tell you to listen to your body. But persuade yourself to work out for 2 minutes and you will notice that your body loves it too. Make yourself addicted to exercises and you will never regret it.
However it is always safe to stay out of complex workouts or those that you hate. Always do what you love and love what you do, and if none of them listens to you, just throw it in the bin.


Embrace age

You may be 20, 35 or 50 but every age is unique and you only know how important your life has been. So embrace your maturity and you will feel the same as Jennifer who says “I’m more in my body; I’m more in my mind”.
